Short answer: sign in with Steam, pick a coin, send the quoted amount, and the keys are yours to withdraw by trade offer once the payment confirms. This guide covers the parts the swap form does not explain: what you need ready, what a key costs, how long each coin takes, paying from an exchange, and what to do when a buy stalls. The price below is live and refreshes every few minutes.
What you need before you buy
- A Steam account that can trade. Sign-in goes through Steam's own login page. I never see your password.
- Your Steam trade URL, saved on Clover once. The first question at the end of this guide shows where to find it.
- Crypto in a wallet or on an exchange, in any supported coin. USDT on BSC is the fastest and carries no fee.
- Nothing else. No Clover account, no email, no ID.

How long each coin takes
Keys are credited once your payment is confirmed on its network. The quote gives you 15 minutes to send. USDT on BSC goes straight to my own wallet, so it is the quickest route. Every other coin settles through an exchange partner.
- Under a minute: USDT or USDC on BSC, BNB, Solana, XRP, Tron.
- A few minutes: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, Dogecoin.
- Longer: Litecoin about 15 minutes, Bitcoin about 20, Bitcoin Cash about an hour.
Times are typical, not promises. A Bitcoin transaction with a low fee can take longer. The exact confirmation count per network is in the FAQ.
Paying from an exchange
- Withdraw from the exchange straight to the address on your quote.
- Pick the network the quote shows. USDT on Tron is not USDT on BSC.
- Exchanges take a withdrawal fee. The amount that arrives must match the quote, so add the fee on top.
- Internal transfers between accounts on the same exchange never touch the blockchain. Use Withdraw, not Transfer.
From payment to your Steam inventory

The swap page shows your transaction as soon as it is broadcast.
Confirmed
Once the network has confirmed the payment, the keys are credited to your Clover balance.
Withdraw
Click Withdraw. A Clover bot sends you a Steam trade offer with the keys. Accept it and they are in your inventory.
Or keep them
Keys can stay on your balance. Withdraw later, or sell them back for crypto.
What delays a buy
- Less than the quote, or paid after the timer. The swap cannot finish on its own. Message support with the transaction hash and I will sort it out.
- Wrong network. A payment on a network the quote did not show needs a manual check. Send the transaction hash to support.
- Expired trade URL. Steam drops a trade URL when you reset it. Save the new one on Clover and withdraw again.
- Too many pending trade offers on Steam. Accept or decline some, then withdraw again.
- If an exchange partner fails after you paid, the funds go back to your refund address.

What is a Steam trade URL and where do I find it?
A link that lets a bot send you a trade offer without being on your friends list. In Steam open Inventory, then Trade Offers, then Who can send me Trade Offers. Copy the URL and paste it on Clover once.
Do I need Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator to buy keys?
Steam delays trades for accounts without it, for up to 15 days. With the authenticator on, the trade offer completes the moment you accept it. Turn it on before you buy.
Do I need my own crypto wallet, or can I pay from an exchange?
Either works. A withdrawal from an exchange is a normal on-chain payment. Pick the network the quote shows and add the exchange's withdrawal fee on top so the full amount arrives.
Can I keep the keys on Clover instead of withdrawing?
Yes. They stay on your balance until you withdraw or sell them back. Clover is not a wallet, so do not leave value here longer than you need.
Why did the price change while I was paying?
It did not. A quote is fixed for 15 minutes. If the timer runs out before you pay, start a new swap and you get a new quote at the current rate. The rate follows the key market and moves through the day.
What if I close the page while the payment is confirming?
Nothing is lost. The swap keeps running and sits under Transactions with its ID and status. Open it again from there and withdraw once it shows Complete.
